John A. Martino, CFP^® is an independent financial advisor with Financial Advantage Associates. He has been in the financial services industry since 1987, beginning at Morgan Stanley where he rose to Vice President, Investments. Afterward, John served as a Financial Advisor in the Credit Union Community for several years.

A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, John earned his BS in Business and Accounting at the University of Maryland, College Park. He went on to earn his CPA, become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Long Term Care Professional (LTCP).

John helps his clients achieve their financial independence with a blend of Education, Retirement, Life Insurance and Estate Planning. He works to design a personalized plan of action so his clients can reach their financial goals.

John and his wife, Carole Wysocki, live in Bethesda, MD and are the proud parents of Adrian, a junior at Landon School and Evan, a Sophomore at Harvard.
