Allison LaGasse joined the Financial Advantage team in February of 2007.
 
Allison specializes in helping individuals, families and small businesses located in the greater DC metropolitan area develop and implement a values-based financial strategy to achieve their long-term financial goals. In particular, she’s passionate about helping physicians, veterinarians and residents plan for and overcome the financial challenges unique to their profession.
 
Allison is an active member of the local community; hosting the SecureChild Photo ID Program at family festivals, local pools and parenting clubs throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. The program is designed to raise awareness about child safety and provide parents with an effective resource to aid law enforcement authorities in search of a missing child. Allison believes SecureChild complements the work she does day in and day out - helping families protect what’s most important to them.
 
She has been awarded the designation Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) from the CLTC Board of Standards, Inc., which is affiliated and endorsed by the College for Financial Planning. Allison graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance.

When not in the office, Allison enjoys spending time with her family in Kensington, Maryland. Her favorite pastimes include traveling, playing volleyball and cheering on the Redskins.
