After growing up in Montgomery County, Maryland, Bob graduated from Ohio University specializing in Corporate Finance. After graduating, Bob spent 10 years working for a large healthcare firm, starting as a recruiter in Baltimore and later becoming a leader for his territory when he moved to Silver Spring in 2023.
Bob joined FAA July of 2026 as our Director of Marketing. Bob’s primary responsibilities include overseeing brand awareness to drive client leads, advisor recruitment, supporting client engagement, and the training and development of our non-registered staff.
Bob’s hobbies include hopelessly rooting for the Orioles, shaving seconds off his Rubik’s cube times, and spending as much time as possible with his wife Amanda, daughter Oaklee, and Staffordshire Terrier Leia.
