Nicholas Carter has been providing comprehensive, tailored financial strategies to individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations since 2012. Nick joined the Financial Advantage Associates team in August of 2024, sharing in the firm’s client-focused approach to wealth management. Nick takes special pride in being able to relate and truly understand his clients. No client situation is the same, each have a unique set of goals with factors surrounding their individual situations that constantly change. Supported by the firm’s in-house expertise, Nick provides financial solutions and develops strategies to help his clients navigate challenges they face to efficiently pursue their goals while protecting themselves and their loved ones.
Nick is originally from Sarasota, Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science with a degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University. He has earned his Series 7 and 66 registrations and Life and Health insurance licenses.
Nick lives in Poolesville Maryland with his wife Lindsay and their two children, Kennedy, and Stanley (SJ). He is active in the Montgomery Youth Hockey Association and enjoys time spent on the ice coaching, refereeing, and playing men’s league.
