Following graduation from the University of Maryland, Poppy worked in human resources for over 10 years. She actively managed retail businesses with responsibilities including recruiting, hiring and training employees, operational management and merchandising. In early 2010, Poppy joined FAA, and has been instrumental in the operations of the Financial Planning Center. She works with FAA advisors when strategic financial plans are created and works directly with clients to service their accounts.
