Shari Chilbert

Shari Joined FAA in the Fall of 2002 as a part-time Administrative Assistant and currently is the Director of Administrative Services.

She has been instrumental in the management of new business submission across all areas of FAA. Shari has proven invaluable in her working relationships with the advisor and underwriting team, tracking and progressing each case to completion. It is because of Shari that business submissions are fluid and operational, offering assistance where needed as well as enabling advisors to focus attention on their clients.

Shari is a graduate of The George Washington University where she earned a BS degree in Education. While raising her three children, Shari coached and judged high school gymnastics in Virginia.

The positive energy that Shari brings to FAA is infectious. She thoroughly enjoys her work and homelife, spending time with her family, meeting with friends, exploring new wines, and just getting to know new people. Born and raised in New Jersey, Shari is a long-time resident of Montgomery County, MD.
